QUETTA -- A Quetta court freed a local journalist on bail Wednesday (July 5) after he was accused of posting social-media comments hostile to "national security institutions", reported Dawn.
The Federal Investigation Agency arrested Zafarullah Achakzai of the daily Qudrat June 25 in accordance with the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016.
Achakzai posted bond of Rs. 80,000 ($752), said an FIA official.
