QUETTA -- Unidentified gunmen on motorcycles shot and killed six labourers and wounded one other in Balochistan Friday (May 4), Dawn reported.
The attackers opened fire at labourers working on a mobile tower in the Laijay area of Kharan District before escaping, said security sources.
The workers were all from Punjab Province, the sources added.
No group immediately claimed responsibility.
Militants in the past have targeted labourers from Punjab and Sindh working in various areas of Balochistan.
