ISLAMABAD -- Pakistani and Afghanistan have agreed to form an action plan for improved security on their shared border, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said Thursday (September 14), according to Dawn.
The consensus emerged from a bilateral meeting of military leaders in Kabul.
The officers exchanged views as well on swapping prisoners, said ISPR.
