RAWALPINDI -- Pakistani and Afghan military officers Tuesday (April 4) conversed on a dedicated hotline for the first time, discussing the border situation, according to Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR).
Pakistani Lieut. Gen. Amir Riaz and Afghan Lieut. Gen. Daud Shah Wafadar vowed to hold more such conversations and expressed satisfaction over their conversation, according to ISPR.
