QUETTA -- The Balochistan Police Counter Terrorism Department (CTD), Frontier Corps (FC) and other law enforcement agencies killed four terrorists in a joint operation Wednesday (June 20), Dawn reported.
Authorities conducted the operation in the Dasht area near Quetta after a tip-off from an arrested suspect, Balochistan Deputy Inspector General of Police Quetta Abdul Razzaq Cheema told reporters.
Security forces seized a compound used by the militants after killing all of them. They also seized large quantities of arms and ammunition.
Seven CTD members were injured.
