Saudi-bound female passenger in Islamabad arrested with heroin

RAWALPINDI -- Security forces Monday (June 19) at Islamabad International Airport arrested a female passenger accused of carrying 2kg of heroin, reported The Express Tribune.

The woman, a Muzaffargarh, Punjab Province, resident, was planning to board a flight to Saudi Arabia, but the Airport Security Force (ASF) found the drugs in her ice bag, said authorities.

The ASF handed over the suspect to the Anti Narcotics Force for further investigation.
