6 terror suspects held in Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

LAHORE -- Pakistani police arrested six suspected terrorists in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), Dunya TV reported Friday (June 2).

Police Friday arrested four suspects who allegedly were planting explosives outside a "sensitive" but unidentified building in Bahawalnagar District, Punjab.

Police in Charsadda District, KP, arrested two suspected Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) members accused of committing 109 terrorist acts, said District Police Officer Sohail Khalid.

Police seized two suicide vests, nine missiles and other terrorist supplies from the suspects' house, added Khalid.
