5 terrorists killed in Dera Ghazi Khan operation

LAHORE -- At least five terrorists and a para-military Ranger were killed in a shoot-out in Dera Ghazi Khan, Punjab Province, Sunday (April 9), said Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), according to media.

The clash broke out in the Chhera Thal area when the Rangers carried out a raid as part of the counter-insurgency Operation Radd-ul-Fasaad , said the ISPR.

Security forces arrested two suspects in Chaman, Balochistan, and seized abouty 80kg of explosives, Geo TV reported. They made three arrests and seized about 5kg of explosives in Peshawar, according to SAMAA TV.
