RAWALPINDI -- The Punjab government Tuesday (March 5) seized at least two seminaries and other property belonging to the banned Jamaat-ud-Dawa (JuD) and its charity wing, the Falah-i-Insaniyat Foundation (FIF), as part of a nationwide crackdown, Dawn reported.
The Pakistani government Monday (March 4) announced the crackdown on banned militant groups under the counter-terrorism National Action Plan (NAP).
Authorities took over the JuD seminaries in Chakwal District -- Madrassa Khalid Bin Waleed in the Talagang area and Madrassa Darus Salam on Railway Road.
The seminaries along with their staff were placed under the control of the Punjab Auqaf and Religious Affairs Department. The Punjab government appointed administrators at the seminaries.
Officials in Attock District seized three other properties belonging to the banned groups.
India says that they have been attacked by Pakistan, but it has no proof and our government is busy in taking action against people of their own country. Hahahaha lol
