ISLAMABAD -- An Afghan delegation arrived in Islamabad to discuss security and economic issues, Express Tribune reported Friday (February 9).
The delegation, led by Afghan Deputy Foreign Minister Hekmat Karzai, will take part in a second round of discussions February 9-10 on the Afghanistan-Pakistan Action Plan for Peace and Solidarity.
The joint plan covers co-operation on counter-terrorism, peace and reconciliation, the repatriation of Afghan refugees and economic development.
A high-level Pakistani delegation led by Foreign Secretary Tehmina Janjua visited Kabul earlier this month to discuss the plan.
