ISLAMABAD -- A Pakistani delegation headed by Foreign Secretary Tehmina Janjua is expected to arrive in Kabul Saturday (February 3) to participate in working groups covering a number of issues, Dawn reported.
The Pakistani side proposed having five joint working groups to facilitate engagement on bilateral trade and transit, refugee repatriation and the economy. Counter-terrorism, intelligence-sharing and military issues will also be covered, said a spokesman for the Pakistani Foreign Ministry.
The meeting is the first for the joint working groups.
The trip had been scheduled far in advance, noted the spokesman.
