PESHAWAR -- Pakistani security forces killed two Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) militants linked to the killing of an army major late last year, Dawn reported Thursday (January 4).
Maj. Ishaq, 28, was killed in November in an exchange of fire in Dera Ismail Khan District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, during a search for wanted militant Zahir Shah.
Shah and an accomplice were killed Thursday in an intelligence-based operation in the same district, said Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
Security personnel also made four arrests, said ISPR.
