KARACHI -- A senior police official and four other Pakistanis were killed in Karachi and Bajaur Agency, media reported.
A deputy superintendent of police and his driver were killed in a targeted attack in Karachi Friday (August 11), SAMAA and Geo TV reported.
Two gunmen on a motorcycle shot them and fled, said police.
The slain officers became the 11th and 12th to be killed in Karachi since May, according to Geo TV.
A roadside bomb in Bajaur Agency Friday blew up as a truck full of labourers was passing by and killed three of them, reported Dawn.
