MULTAN -- Unidentified assailants fatally shot an intelligence official in Multan, Dawn reported Wednesday (August 9).
Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) officer Mahar Muhammad Yasir Manzoor Tuesday (August 8) was riding a motorcycle when gunmen opened fire in a a drive-by shooting, said police.
Manzoor was the second ISI official killed in Multan this year. Police found Inspector Umer Mubeen Jilani's bullet-riddled body March 4. Jilani was kidnapped in June 2014.
