PESHAWAR -- Rizwana Hameed Friday (July 7) became the first policewoman ever appointed station house officer (SHO) in Peshawar, said Mohammad Tahir, the Peshawar police chief, according to Dawn.
Rizwana joined the force in 1996. She now heads the Gulberg police station.
