QUETTA -- A polio case surfaced in Balochistan Province, bringing Pakistan's total this year to four, Dawn reported Wednesday (July 5).
Medics diagnosed an 18-month-old boy in Mehmoodabad, according to the provincial health department.
His parents had refused to vaccinate him, said officials.
The case is Balochistan's second this year.
