NOWSHERA -- Police apprehended three more suspects in connection to the April lynching of a college student in Mardan, Geo News reported. The suspects included a lecturer in Islamic studies.
So far, authorities have detained 56 suspects after the beating and shooting of Mashal Khan, a student at Abdul Wali Khan University. A mob accused him of blasphemy.
The lecturer in custody teaches at a government degree college, said police.
