Staff Report

ISLAMAMBAD -- Pakistani prison authorities Wednesday (May 10) hanged four Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) terrorists and intend to hang a fifth May 16, media reported. The locations of the executions were not reported.

Military courts convicted the four of killing civilians and of attacking a mosque and security forces, said Inter-Services Public Relations, according to Dawn.

Usman Ghani, another TTP member, will be executed May 16, Dunya News reported Tuesday (May 9).

Ghani carried out a car bombing in front of an Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) office in Faisalabad in March 2011, killing 34 people.
