Police hold 4 suspected facilitators of Lahore bombing

LAHORE -- Police apprehended four facilitators of the February 13 Lahore suicide bombing Thursday (March 16), SAMAA reported.

Police arrested the suspects, relying on information from Anwar-ul-Haq, the detained main suspect in the crime, said a spokesman for the Punjab Police Counter Terrorism Department (CTD).

The suspects are undergoing questioning, said the spokesman.

At least 15 people, including two senior police officers, were killed in the bombing. The Taliban splinter group Jamatul Ahrar took responsibility.
