Pakistani forces kill would-be suicide bomber

KARACHI -- Pakistani forces killed a would-be suicide bomber and six criminals and arrested four alleged militants, media reported.

The would-be bomber was planning to blow up an imambargah in Hyderabad District, Sindh Province, Friday (December 16) when para-military Rangers gunned him down, SAMAA reported. They defused his suicide vest.

Security forces Friday (December 16) killed two Lyari gang members in Karachi and four bandits in Lahore, Geo News reported.

In Gujranwala District, Punjab Province, the provincial Counter Terrorism Department recently arrested four suspected militants, Dunya TV reported Thursday (December 15).
