QUETTA -- The Balochistan government August 4 claimed to have arrested six militants who killed 16 people in two bombings, Dawn reported.
Police and intelligence personnel August 3 captured the suspects in two parts of Quetta, provincial Home Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti said in an August 4 news conference.
They are members of the banned United Baloch Army and confessed to planting bombs in Quetta that took 11 and 5 lives several months ago, Bugti said.
